Happy Monday dancers! This week begins our new, later start time for classes, as well as the beginning of our 16-week syllabus cycle. I hope you have enjoyed a long weekend and are ready to dance together.
Tuesday
6:15pm Foundations: Body posture and alignment, weight-based movements, horizontal (x-axis) hips.
7:15pm Advanced Student: Building on horizontal hip movements, we will work through 3/4 shimmies on the slide.
